I never write reviews however I am upset with the service I experienced. I took my laptop to get fixed 2 weeks ago on Friday, and I was told I would get a call within an hour and a half, to two hours, however I never received a call that day. So on Monday I asked for a follow up where I was told my laptop wasn’t turning on. I asked for any updates to which I was replied to 5 days later! I was under the impression from the beginning that my laptop would not take long to be checked out, because I was told I would get a call back within an hour and a half to two hours!! This ended up turning into me waiting a whole week for them to tell me that my laptop was actually unfixable. I’d understand keeping my laptop for that long if it actually had issues, however during the initial checkup I don’t understand why I wasn’t told it was unfixable because it wouldn’t turn on. I was then charged $45! It is just ridiculous to me that I have to pay $45 for them to tell me my laptop wouldn’t turn on, after keeping it for so long. So yesterday, I asked to come in around 12 today to pick up the laptop. I had asked my dad to pick it up for me, however when he arrived there was no one there! We called the office and was told someone would be back by 1:30 which is an hour and a half of waiting!! As much as I am upset about being charged for my laptop, I am more upset about the bad communication, and the amount of time wasted.

I called Computer Solutions about getting help setting up a new printer and Troy was able to come over within a couple of hours of my call! He was extremely knowledgeable and had me up and running in less than an hour, his price was reasonable and I will definitely contact them again for any future tech needs!

Ran into some GPU overheating issues with my GPU so I contacted Troy to get a thermal paste and thermal tape replacement. I worked with Andres to get it replaced. I've been seeing him for years now for all my computer and hardware issues, and he's always the first person I reccommend. You can find his office behind the church on central. There's a lot of construction going on around the area, but it is worth it to have a working laptop again.

Best experience with computer repair I've had. Troy and Andres were communicative, helpful, and as someone with a reasonable beginner's knowledge of how PCs work, I loved that they were even willing to educate me on the details of the work they did on mine. I found Tony a few years back when I was having trouble with a laptop. He fixed it then, very efficiently, and when I had trouble with another laptop recently, I called him again. And again I was NOT disappointed. He was very thorough...even addressing items I had not thought of....and I was back up and running very quickly. My computer crashed working remotely. Called Computer Solutions Tampa and within an hour Tony was picking up my laptop. Before the end of the day, I was back in action and they even delivered it, without charging a delivery fee! Geek Squad was going to charge $100 just drive to my place. I can't rate this place highly enough. Troy and co. were fantastic. I live on my laptop, and when my hard drive went out, I was really in a bind. Not only did they replace my old drive with a new SSD quickly, but he talked me out of a more expensive (and unnecessary) 1TB drive for a 256GB. Now my computer runs better than it did brand new. New gaming computer came in with the glass panel shattered and it wouldn't even turn on, thank you UPS, there was broken glass in many crevices of my computer and they managed to get all of it out. They replaced the motherboard and charged a little more than the cost of the replacement. Now it runs like a dream. They know what they're doing and they'll give you an affordable price. Now I get to play video games :')

Troy is professional, honest, trustworthy, reliable, fast, friendly, and affordable. The laptop screen partly came off. I went to a first place, they wanted to charge me $40 to diagnose the laptop. Two months later, I found Troy. Met with me the next day, and he fixed it. I did not have to pay any diagnostic fee. He updated me on his progress. He even stayed after hour to help me pick up my laptop which a lot of places would have charged me for. He did such a cleaned job in a timely manner that was very impressed. I fried my hard drive. I replaced it myself but had trouble rebooting windows 10 pro. Troy was able to install it, retrieve my windows key, and download all my drivers. He also moved my graphics card so air could flow more efficiently throughout my build. High recommended.

Troy is amazing!! So I posted on a FB community group that I needed my son's surface pro fixed and someone gave me Troy's name and number so I called. He was super polite and very responsive, which I liked because I called a few places and they waited a few days to get back to me. I dropped off my son's surface pro (very old generation). and He looked for the part for me and gave me two options. 1) He can order the part and fix it or 2) he can find me a still older but newer generation (than I had) Surface pro and it would be about the same as buying the part and waiting for it to come in. Not only did he find a newer surface pro but he was very genuine in telling me that I was about to spend way more money to fix something when I can get something better. I just picked up the surface pro and am SUPER happy with it and so is my son! Troy is who you want to take your computer to get it fixed. sure anyone can fix a computer but not many will tell you how it is and not rip you off!. Highly Highly recommend going here.

This is long overdue but they say better late than never!So I had an issue with my laptop which was running slow...I had taken it to another computer guy a couple years prior and really wasn’t overly happy with the service...needless to say I was a little skeptical of going to CPS but I needed my laptop fixed...After speaking with Troy just telling him about the symptoms I was having I could tell he was not only knowledgeable but passionate about fixing cpu issues...trust me you can tell when someone does it just to get paid vs actually loving what they do...Needless to say he explained my issues and convinced me to buy one of the used refurbished laptops he has in his shop...I gotta tell you it was one of my best purchases to date...this laptop is super fast and it was super cheap!!After that experience, I also let his fix my desktop too...all in all I’m much happier and I feel great because it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg...If you decide to go anywhere else for your cpu issues, you’ve been warned...this guy is the best so why settle for less!

I had my computer shut down expectedly and refuse to boot back up. Searching for a problem, I found it could be something critical: the SSD card. Computer Solutions popped up on my search for computer repair and was nearby so I immediately called. Troy was quick to answer and even quicker to respond. Even though he was busy, he told me to bring my computer to his shop so that he could get on it as soon as he could after his other appointments. Troy is a lifesaver. I took my desktop to someone who was closer to my house than him and they literally took all day to just tell me that the problem was not fixable. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to Troy and he fixed the problem within ten minutes and was very helpful with other issues that I had with my computer. I had very important work that needed to be completed that same night and he came thru in the clutch. Troy recently executed installation of Windows 10 Pro on two of my computers. One is a secure work PC that required the upgrade for instruty compliance reasons and he treated the PC carefully while also keeping me fully informed during the process - stellar customer service. The second was my personal PC. I had attempted the upgrade myself, and after a week of trying to resolve installation bugs, I gave up and let Troy take over. He then spent a day and half researching Microsoft installation forums to determine the proper resolution and was finally able to get the full WIN10 Pro installation. Super easy process and overall great and beneficial experience. I dropped my custom built entry-level gaming PC off for diagnostics( after I put it all together I couldn't get a display) he called me the next day saying nothing was wrong with it and that he pretty much jus rebuilt it seeing all the parts were brand new . He also explaind it might've been a loose connection somewhere and that couldve very well been my problem. He knows his way about computers internally and physically and only charge a cool 100$.
